There are six existing programs in PADA, namely Visual Design, Fashion Design, Environmental Design, Product Design, Industrial Design and Fine Art. According to the original plans, it will gradually evolve to “4 Homes + 1”, which are: Home Appliance Design, Household Item Design, Homestead Design, Home Textile Design, Creation and Education of Painting and Calligraphy, as shown below:
PADA aims to advance reformation of the teaching and performance evaluation system. Its vision is oriented to a spirally escalating education pattern that integrates humanity education with creative design thinking. It features basic courses in general education for freshmen, basic specialized courses for sophomores, and specialized core courses for seniors. “Studio Working System” will be available for seniors to help them complete course assignments and graduation designs.
